NOW HIRING FOR DELI HELPER CLERKS • Deli Helper Clerk – Salad, Sandwich and Grain Bowl Maker • Deli Helper Clerk - Pizza • Deli Helper Clerk – Service Counter • Deli Helper Clerk - Bakery Main Job Responsibilities • Provide excellent, professional customer service • Perform basic food preparation in accordance with PCC recipes • Counter and barista service • Dishwashing and cleaning in the deli and production areas • Packaging and retail merchandising • Ensure department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met • Become knowledgeable about deli products, specialty foods, baked goods and prepared foods • Accurately and efficiently scan and key deli items and incidentals into deli register when assigned Reporting Relationships • Reports to: Deli Manager Qualifications & Skills • Proven ability to perform excellent, professional customer service • Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Previous food preparation experience preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of coffee and specialty and prepared foods preferred • Basic math skills for measurement and scale functions • Excellent communication skills • Must be able to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs regularly • Must be at least 18 years of age Behaviors and Competencies PCC is a company where culture and values are at the heart of who we are and what we do.
