About this job
Part time Bar Servers must have the ability to provide our guests with friendly and timely service as well as keep an accurate register. Creating an exceptional experience for our guests is key and requires a team oriented, well-spoken individual with the ability to be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITES
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
Have working knowledge of beer and cocktail selections and able to make suggestions when necessary
Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
Maintain accurate cash drawer
Keep checkout area clean and orderly
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
Perform opening, closing and side work
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service or cashier experience a plus
Positive, helpful attitude toward guests including ability to speak clearly and covey information accurately.
Able and willing to work weekends and holidays
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to carry loads up to 20 lbs
Able to stand for 8-hour shifts
