BDC Manager & BDC Agent Needed!

We are currently seeking motivated candidates for the role of BDC Manager and BDC Agent in our Prime Toyota Boston location! Candidate will be committed to customer service and satisfaction and work well in a fast paced environment. Duties include: · Satisfaction assurance calls to our current customers · Development of satisfied new customers · Portfolio Management Requirements: · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to effectively communicate in person, email and phone · Strong interpersonal and customer service skills · Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customer-related data, satisfy training requirements and use job-specific applications and customer retention management tools · Basic proficiency in Microsoft Applications · Basic computer and typing skills · High level of energy and desire to learn and grow in a team orientated atmosphere Come work with New England’s most forward thinking automotive team.
