NOW HIRING Member Services Representative in Concord!!!

Do you have past call center experience or experience handling high volume calls?

Do you have great customer service skills?

Do you have knowledge of medical insurance? (Not Required, just preferred)

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Handle high volume of calls and provide excellent customer service
• Assists members with all aspects of the Plan's health and welfare benefits
• Resolves a broad range of questions and problems received from members, beneficiaries, union locals, service providers and other departments of the Fund office.
