QualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent in a human resources related field required. Certification as a PHR or SPHR, and at least three years of related experience preferred. Successful candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, as well as knowledge of human resources functions, fringe benefits administration, payroll, and employment law.
