  • Cornell College invites applications for a full-time human resources coordinator. This position will coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Office, to include payroll data entry, benefit enrollment processing, recruiting, coordination of special events, salary survey completion, website maintenance, and other special projects as assigned. The coordinator will report to, and work in conjunction with, the Human Resources Director in the overall management of the office.

    QualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent in a human resources related field required. Certification as a PHR or SPHR, and at least three years of related experience preferred.
