Technical Lead

Title: Technical Lead Duration: 6 months contract to hire Location: Nashville, TN Rate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr w2 Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. One of our clients is in need of a Technical lead with strong experience partnering with different business units and assisting the Delivery Manager in leading a team of full-stack engineers. In this role you will be responsible for leading high-level code reviews, rolling out customized CICD applications, and mentoring junior development staff. Qualifications of Technical Lead: Strong full stack application development experience in a lead capacity (java or ASP.net/c#) Experience developing custom cloud or CICD applications Strong knowledge of leading code reviews Experience mentoring junior level staff Deep understanding of software engineering and processes: design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops, as well as industry patterns for application architecture and integration Experience working with teams that leveraged three or more of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, web applications, web services, application observability and/or messaging/ stream architecture For immediate consideration please send your resume to Alexis May amay@eliassen.com
