Forklift Operator

PrideStaff Looking for Experienced Forklift Operators!

Various Shifts Available | Full Time | $11/hr

Enjoy a 3 day work week of 36 hours with attendance bonus!!!

Th/F/Sat 445AM - 515PM

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, put-away, stack, pick, and stage material using forklift
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to scan bar codes and operate scanning computer
• Verify product labeling and inspect pallets and containers
• Properly scan all movements of material inbound and outbound
• Working knowledge of material handling and stock methods
• Perform daily lift truck inspection

Education/Experience:

• At least 1 year prior experience operating a forklift in a scanning environment within the past 6 months to a year!
• Computer literate
• Prior SAP scanning experience a plus
• Inventory control experience
• Warehouse or Distribution Center background preferred

Requirements:

• Ability to read and write and do simple arithmetic
• Willing and able to work overtime and/or a variety of shifts
• Be able to lift up to 40lbs., bend, twist, turn, kneel and squat
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens
• At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
