Insulation Installer

We are a Premium Insulation Company looking for a qualified installer. Insulation experience preferred but not required. Our work includes Spray Foam, Cellulose, Fiberglass batt, And various sprayed insulation systems. Work is fast paced and physically demanding with install in attics and crawlspaces.

COMPENSATION

competitive pay based on region ($13.50-$18.00 an hour based on experience)

Piece rate opportunities ($150-$250 SOME days when work permits)

Year end bonus

1 wk vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10 years!

REQUIREMENTS

DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN RECORD, AND ABILITY TO DRIVE OR WILLINGNESS TO LEARN TO DRIVE BOX TRUCKS REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Willing to work 40-60 hours a week, every week (long days M-F, Saturdays sometimes optional)

Good Attitude and Work Ethic

Must be willing to work in crawlspaces, attics, and some work on scaffolds

Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment

valid drivers license an absolute requirement

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

English/ Spanish Bi Lingual

Prior years of experience in Construction

Prior years of experience in Insulation
