Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience with an emphasis on ability to understand and interpret blueprints and manage projects.Practice effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have basic hand tools.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30 am-3:00 pm; weekends and overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Plumbing Construction Manager to determine budgeting and strategic goals for estimating activities and business development opportunities (Liaison between field projects and management)
- Interfaces with foremen to ensure that projects are delivered per estimates and consistently refining the estimating form
- Provide on site plumbing layout for field personnel
- Assist job site foreman (material needs, manpower, RFI's, attends job sitemeetings).
