Job Description
Sanitation Lead
4-6 months (possible temp to perm)
Los Angeles, CA 90063
Summary:
- Will be responsible for supporting the department and supervisor in the implementation and record keeping of the Master Sanitation Schedule, which involves all sanitation in the plant.
- This is a “working” position and will require participation in various sanitation tasks. Must follow and enforce GMP sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
- Responsible for contributing to the efficient, profitable operation of the plant. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating so as to get along with clients, customers, co-workers and supervisors, while achieving performance standards.
Requirements:
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and other departments, fostering a “team-work” atmosphere within the company.
- Must possess good reading and basic math skills and be able to speak, read and write English
- Must be able to train other workers and make recommendations regarding sanitation and safety issues.
- Must keep all paperwork complete and in order.
