Family Services is a non-profit organization that protects, heals and cares for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Family Services is strongly committed to protecting children and vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation. When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully.

Family Services is developing a new team to provide Statewide Crisis Call Center services. This Call Center team will provide high quality, comprehensive crisis counseling services for callers experiencing thoughts of suicide in addition to support and assistance services for Wisconsin residents experiencing emotional distress related to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

We are seeking two Program Supervisors to join the Crisis Services leadership team. The Program Supervisors will work a 2-2-3 rotation, enjoying every other three day weekend off! Typical scheduled hours will be 11am-10pm to ensure quality connection with their entire assigned team of 5-6 Crisis Counselors who will be working cascading 11 hour shifts throughout the 24 hours in a day. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of a Master's degree in the Human Services field. Credentialed applicants (LPC-IT, CAPSW, LPC, or LCSW) are encouraged to apply. Prior supervisory and/or crisis counseling experience preferred. Competitive compensation will be provided for these positions.
