Babysitting Needed For 1 Child In San Diego - Full-time / Part-time

Good afternoon, I am expecting my first child at the end of this month and hoping to set up part-time childcare for the first few months of her life. Initially I am seeking 1-4 hrs flexible, pre-arranged weekly babysitting assistance, with a goal of 8-12 hr blocks when I return to work around the 4-5 month mark, Oct/Nov. We live in the Allied Gardens area and have no other children or pets. The qualities I value most are communication, compassion, flexibility, and of course dependability.
