Job Description
Elliott Build Remodel is a woman-owned residential remodel company currently looking for a full-time journeyman plumber/plumbing lead who takes pride in their trade and is an expert on residential plumbing code, rough-ins and finish work to join our team of highly skilled in-house tradespeople. We do residential construction and ZERO service work so please do not contact us if you only have service experience.
You will be required to provide your own tools and your own reliable transportation that can haul your materials effectively. All applicants must be able to legally work in the U.S. and have a valid driver licensed and vehicle insurance. English does not have to be your primary language, but basic proficiency is desirable.
We work primarily in San Francisco with occasional East Bay projects, if working in SF is an issue please do not apply.
Hourly rate hourly DOE, weekly payroll.
Sick pay available after 90 days pursuant to CA state law and 401K matching after 1 year.
No other benefits are available at this time.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 8-10 verifiable years in plumbing and residential construction required
• Capable of reading blue prints & construction plans
• Capable of reading and developing isometric drawings
• Knowledge of plumbing mechanics (gas, water and waste)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Can problem solve - Plumbing isn't always straightforward, we need an individual
that can tackle any task at hand with confidence.
