Home Care Consultant

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to developing new clients by securing the home care consultation appointment over the phone and signing the new client during the home care consultation. The Home Care Sales/Marketing Consultant is responsible for achieving revenue objectives for the assigned territory. Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. This position is responsible for reporting results, discussing successes and opportunities, and demonstrating documented progress and inquiry production in Sales/Marketing/Networking areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extremely high importance will be placed on generating regular streams of new business by providing exemplary customer service via consumer marketing, regular referral marketing to the community, leading/participating in/hosting community outreach events to spread brand awareness.
  • Respond to new inquiries for service and conduct in-home assessments with prospective clients to understand their needs, as well as the concerns of the family
  • Performing on-site assessments and quality assurance visits to clients' homes, along with CAREGiver introductions to assure complete satisfaction of care services
  • Calling on and developing new referral accounts in the local healthcare and senior care community with elder care industry professional, organizations and establishments
  • Participating in orientations, in-services, trainings to enrich the quality of our CAREGiver staff. Fill in for CAREGivers when needed.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, family members, the franchise owner, key players, CAREGivers and referral providers

  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, pass a background test and drug screening
  • Availability to schedule and conduct after-hours care consultations and introductions as needed
  • Availability to participate in on-call rotation, at least two (2) weekends a month


Our office serves the surrounding areas of Tri-City (Fremont, Newark, Union City) & Tri-Valley (Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore), and this position does require travel to those areas.
