ROUTE SUPERVISOR - UPT TO $75K

We are looking for Route Supervisors with experience in Transportation, Waste Management or Recycling industries. Candidates will be responsible for strong leadership of a driving team and daily operations. Duties will include scheduling drivers for routine and special events, creating efficient route systems, driver dispatch, resolve/schedule maintenance issues, motivate team, set/monitor goals, safety issues, backing up the team. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related industry, strong leadership skills with knowledge of HR processes, must have CDL (Commercial Class A Driver License), Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
