The Pacific Bridge Companies is seeking an innovative and experienced HR Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. This Los Angeles (Monrovia) based role will be responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and assessment of energized individuals to join our relationship management, financial advisory, idea center, specialty services, and administration teams.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for and experience in recruiting and enjoys connecting talented individuals with unique and exceptional opportunities in a dynamic environment with a rapidly growing group of companies.

The ideal candidate must also possess excellent communications skills, proven networking skills, familiarity/mastery with multiple sourcing channels for talent acquisition, well developed talent assessment skills, and the ability to perform competently in a fast-paced environment. Management skills and experience, while desirable, are not required. A proven track record in talent acquisition is required.
