DUNKIN' Maintenance Technician

We are Dunkin Franchise looking to hire in our Maintenance department!

Work Environment
Jobs will be performed in various restaurants daily. Employee will be expected to be respectful of business when in restaurants, keeping work areas clean and interfering with daily operations as little as possible.

Physical Demands:
 Candidates must be able to lift 100 lbs.  
 Candidates must be able to, stand for 5 hours.  
 A full range of motion is required so as to allow work kneeling and bending through twisting and fully extended reaches.  
 Candidate must be comfortable climbing ladders and performing work at roof height.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain machines and all company facilities
 Coordinates with all locations to identify maintenance issues that need to be performed.
 Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment
 Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment
 Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
 Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
 Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment
 Coordinates with store managers and/or tenants to assure proper temperatures and settings are maintained in all heating and cooling equipment
 Trouble shoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
 Perform building, sidewalk and parking lot repairs as needed
 Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, tile etc.)
 Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions
 Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
 Exhibits a high level of self-motivation and flexibility of job assignments
 Maintain and care for all company tools and vehicles.
 Assist Maintenance Lead on projects and tasks.

COMPANY VEHICLE: 
 Technician will use company vehicle and therefore must have a clean driving record and may be subject to drug and alcohol testing including a pre-employment test.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
 This is a full-time position and hours of work and days will vary depending on the maintenance needs of the facilities. 
 On- Call is generally required for after hours. 
 Pay rate will vary from $12-$15 per hour depending upon experience and certifications.

Requirements:
 Valid Drivers License
 Maintenance experience (preferred)
 Must be able to perform basic math
 Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
