We are seeking a skilled Business Owner who will oversee all aspects of your independently owned business. This position will manage a team of outside sales reps involved in canvasing assigned territory for community solar farms. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a team of 15+ producing agents by coaching, training and providing direct instructions and assistance in client acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring and development of sales managers, sales support and sales representatives.
  • Building your company culture
  • Work with you to establish compensation, training, schedule and sale incentives
  • Providing on-time reporting for iSolar
  • Maintain the integrity of the Client brands you will represent
  • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales quotas
  • Compliant with all iSolar requests

Required Skills

 

  • Must already have your own company setup and registered with your state
  • Must have at least (5) sales agents working with your company currently on any campaign
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive the business from the field level
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
  • Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales quota management
