Digital Marketing Manager

Real Estate company in search of a dynamic marketing manager to work with the latest in real estate tech marketing with PPC, social media marketing, SEO and client follow up with a dialed-in CRM's with AI assistance. Know how to do tech stacks and talk API's with your friends? Supporting the brokerage in accomplishing our marketing objectives is key. $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
• Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
• Regularly update social media and respond to followers

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
• Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
