Program Manager - Homeland Security (1378) - Full-time / Part-time

Eagle Harbor, a Federal Government services provider leader, is seeking a Program Manager to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Cybersecurity Division (CSD) customer in the areas of Budget, Procurement and Contract Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a staff of 25+ procurement and budget specialists

• Creating and maintaining a contract specific Project Management Plan

• Create and maintain a Business Continuity Plan

• Conduct routine, on-going communications with the customer

• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings provide updates on work in progress, discuss and resolve issues

• Prepare monthly contract status reports

   

Candidate requirements include:

• US Citizen

• SECRET Security Clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business / Administration related field, Master’s Degree Preferred

• Ten+ Years’ Experience

• PMP Certification Preferred
