Job Role:Customer Service Associate

Job Type:Full-Time

Job Location:Mount Clemens, MI USA 48043

· Full time Customer Service Associate as the only on site Exela Employee to handle numerous duties for a Law Firm located in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

· This is a Monday through Friday position.

· 8 hrs x day

· 40 hrs x week

· 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

· 1 hour daily lunch break

· Uniform (polo shirts) provided free to employee.

· Must be able to use own vehicle fully insured and registered.

 

· Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Document Scanning;

o Perform daily key-operator mail processing equipment maintenance

o Perform duties and special requests as assigned by team leader and manager and Customer Office Manager

o Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work

o Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives

o Maintain accuracy of required reports and logs

o Ensure the highest level of customer care

o Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety and security procedures

o Previous experience in Mail/Document Preparation; Document Scanning

o Ability to effectively work individually or a team environment.

o Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

o Ability to adapt to changing fast-growing production environment

o Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel

o Strong organizational and administrative skills

o Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

o Work experience in email and Microsoft Windows environments is required

o May be required to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations or the

o Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations

o High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required

 

· Preferred Qualification:

· US Mail processing (receiving, delivering and sending out);

· Handling and Processing both incoming and outgoing Fed Ex/ UPS packages.

· Courier runs (both walking and driving distances as needed to court houses/ofifces/post office and fed ex stations.

· Document copying; Copier stations stocking and maintenance. Stocking and maintenance of coffee stations throughout the office.

· Some reception duties (breaks). Some filing as needed
