Job Summary:

As a Silver Air Private Jet Advisor, you are established with extensive experience in customer service as it relates to aircraft charter sales, aircraft management, and aircraft sales & acquisitions. You have a proven track record and you know how to create a loyal customer. The type of person that will excel in this position has exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, is eager to help, can think clearly under pressure, has high-level organizational skills and has the drive to provide anticipatory service to our clients.  This position will work closely with account management, flight support, finance, and marketing to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.

Qualifications and Skills:


•  You have at least 5 years of hands-on sales and sales operations experience, with proven expertise in developing and closing new retail sales opportunities to grow a successful book of business.  

•  You are passionate with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through optimizing Sales Operations. •  You are data-driven, experience in business analytics to drive actionable results.

•  The highest level of customer service is your focus.

•  Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent.

•  You have highly developed negotiation and presentation skills.

•  You understand the importance of business relationships and have excellent personal and intuitive skills to develop and maintain these relationships.

Responsibilities:


•  Develop, implement and refine an effective charter marketing strategy

•  Work with the company President and Flight Managers to formulate a coordinate program to promote charter service.

•  Monitor industry trends that may affect business strategies.

•  Promote and sell charter block-time products.

•  Work with the President of Business Development to make the initial introduction to the client for any Part 91 or Part 135 management prospects that will include compensation after completion.  

•  Work with the President of Business Development and pass on any aircraft sales or acquisition opportunities that will include compensation after completion.
