Position Description:
The Computer Operator processes scheduled routines following prescribed scripts and standard operating procedures. In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, this worker applies standard operating or corrective procedure, refers problems that do not respond to preplanned procedure to supervisor. Will work under general supervision.
Experience/Education Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: High School degree
• Must have ability to perform computer batch operations and technical support.
• DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance certification requirement: IAT Level 1 (one of the following certs must be current: A+CE, Network+CE, CCNA-Security or SSCP)
