Sr Sales Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The senior sales manager is responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong customer relationships in targeted markets while helping the company achieve its goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Job Duties

• Develop new customer leads within your district through active research, networking, canvasing, and cold calling.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to take direction and assist company Director of Sales, Business Manager, Director of Operations and President.
• Continually update CRM software to reflect current and potential customers.
• Utilize technology to create efficiencies in the selling and retention process.
• Provide weekly sales updates to Director of Sales which includes forward looking statements (Discovery) to project weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales figures.
• Identify and recommend marketing initiatives to help facilitate sales goals and meet annual company sales/profitability objectives.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, marketing, sales, and services techniques.
• Identify new tools to further streamline the lead/sales generation process.
• Assist operations during winter season to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Review customer service feedback for your customers and follow-up on open issues directly with your contact.
• Provide feedback to Director of Sales on customer satisfaction post-storm.

Minimum Requirements to meet job eligibility

• 2+ years of successful experience selling (service selling preferred).
• Desire to build strong customer relationships and exceed expectations.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must have excellent oral communication, inter-personnel, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Must be computer literate; including working knowledge of excel and word
