Job Title:
Lead Project Supervisor
plans and manages on-site installations
Responsibilities:
Accountable for project success of interior/ exterior and ground up construction projects
Multi-unit construction over 10+ million dollars preferred
in developing and implementing field procedures
Exposure to wide variety of projects.
Should understand field and cost accounting, change orders, submittals.
Cost to completion, schedules, punch-lists, as the way through to customer satisfaction, etc.
be able to react to field/project conditions
be comfortable with social interaction of all types
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
7+-10+ years related construction experience multi-unit and or schools
understanding of construction processes;
can read construction drawings (blueprints)
understanding of Multi-unit construction
Excellent technical abilities;
Local travel required in and around Western MA
Must safely perform tasks
