Job Description

Cashier Essential Functions:

  • Greets customers with a SMILE and proper script upon entering and leaving the restaurant
  • Maintains a clean and tidy checkout area
  • Interacts with every customer that comes in the restaurant
  • Receives and processes payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers and gift cards
  • Maintains a balanced drawer with appropriate amount of bills and coins
  • Prepares and stocks Crunches, To-Go Bags, To-Go utensils
  • Maintains cleanliness of restaurant with emphasis on workstation and FOH
  • Answer customer inquiries on menu and nutritional information
  • Ensures all pick up/delivery orders are correct & ready for pick up
  • Ensures all Grab & Go items are stocked neatly accordingly to FIFO
  • Maintains full understanding of menu & pricing
  • Efficiently prioritizes between walk ins, phone orders, & tablet orders
  • Makes sure floors are free of debris. Sweeps and mops the floors.
  • Performs opening and closing duties
  • Performs other related duties as required

Salad Maker Essential Functions:

  • Greets customers with proper script upon entering and leaving the restaurant
  • Maintains a clean and tidy workstation
  • Interacts with every customer that comes in the restaurant
  • Maintains full understanding of health and safety codes and violations
  • Handling of large kitchen equipment
  • Follows all recipes and prep procedures
  • Builds and tosses salads.
  • Serves to guests at pick up counter
  • Prepares, packs and distributes takeout orders
  • Restocks the line with no expired foods and follow proper food temperature and storage
  • Maintains par stocks based on business volume
  • Performs dishwashing and adheres to Clean As You Go policy
  • Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Initials, labels, dates and wraps or covers product for proper storage
  • Follows all food charts posted around restaurant
  • Prepares and maintains sanitizer buckets
  • Performs opening and closing duties
  • Performs other related duties as required
