Cook - Full-time

We are looking for an additional line/prep cook, for 30-40 hours/week, and year round (full time/permanent). You will also receive paid vacation time. We are looking to hire someone who has past cooking experience. You will receive an above average wage compared to the surrounding Cadillac restaurants. We stress that you are able to work within a team, and have a cooking background.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards
• Great understanding of our menu and willing to learn it extensively
• Can follow directions and work within a team
• Able to work quickly and carefully
• Attention to detail and instructions
• Can work long shifts on their feet
• Must be able to handle fast paced environments
• Must have proper efficient communication among wait staff and kitchen staff
• Able to manage the cooking and plating of several dishes at once (multitasking)
• Able to work in hot environments
• Ability to work under high pressure situations
