Sr Project Manager Glass and Glazing Construction

We are seeking a Sr Project Manager to join our team! USGA, Inc. is an innovative glass and glazing company that strives to provide exemplary service to their General Contractors.

USGA, Inc. is currently seeking an individual with 10 years of Glass and Glazing experience to fill our senior Project Manager position. Successful candidates must have knowledge of commercial curtain walls, storefronts, windows, entrances, hardware, panels, architectural drawings, specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement projects
• Direct and lead the work of project
• Evaluate new strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Process RFI, Change orders, monthly invoicing
• Coordinate shop drawing processing, shop fabrication and field installation
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Attend construction site meetings and office meetings.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensue deadlines will be met

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent to over 10 years' experience
• Requires an extensive knowledge of project management experience, knowledge of Glass & Glazing industry, establishing priorities.
• Must have strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
