Restaurant Manager - Assistant Manager

Your role will be to support the General Manager in managing Food Cost, Labor Cost and overall shift responsibility to achieve financial goals set. I am looking for people that can develop and move up to the next position. Restaurant experience is a plus with the ability to recognize problems and respond to solve.

Build Sales through motivated shift running, creating contests, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Control Cost through proper food cost controls, follow budgeted labor guidelines, and building facilities preventative maintenance.

Develop People, The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, energetic, and eager to teach and train crew members and be responsible for building a strong team. Our total success depends on people's development and empowering future leaders. Training, training is the key!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
