The candidate will handle Chapter 128s, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Will serve in 341 hearing coverage, meeting with prospective debtors to determine their eligibility for a chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, or chapter 128 cases; preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, financial statements and filings related to the commencement, continuation and conclusion of such cases, drafting pleadings and memoranda of law, attending hearings, maintaining excellent client service for all assigned cases, and tracking case work through the case management systems. Must have Bar Admission, active and in good standing in Wisconsin. Federal admission to the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin is essential. Spanish language fluency is desired.
