Well established tax resolution company in West LA is looking to hire an experienced Tax Resolution attorney to join Resolution Department.

This position requires someone who can handle a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. This position requires an individual who can produce the highest quality work and representation for our clients.

We seek an attorney who sees themselves in this position long-term. We seek an individual who is punctual, hard-working and able to take direction in a constantly changing environment, while being able to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Representing clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities.

· Conducting financial analysis to determine best course of resolution for clients.

· Contacting the IRS and state taxing authorities.

· Negotiating bank and wage levy release.

· Preparing and negotiating Offer in Compromises.

· Review tax documents, including personal and business tax returns, and audit documents.

· Working with the IRS and state taxing authorities to negotiate installment agreements, CNC status and penalty abatement.

 

Requirements:

· You must have an active Bar License to be considered

· 2-5 years tax resolution experience

· Spanish Speaking (preferred)

· Professional demeanor

· Efficient in multi-tasking

· Exceptional organizational skills

· Effective communicator
