Job Description
We are representing a very prominent automotive supplier whose flagship campus is actively seeking a Multi-Site Materials Manager who will report to the Plant General Manager. This organization is experiencing record growth and profitability.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Candidate will report to the Plant General Manager and will be responsible for leading 60 indirect employees
- Complete ownership over the plant materials, production control, and warehousing function.
- Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and department business plan goals.
- Work closely with Plant General Manager to determine KPI's, and deliverables
- Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues..
- Direct department process improvements and corrective actions.
- Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan and identify and track key measurables to support the department business plan goals.
- Interface with customers and suppliers as appropriate.
COMPENSATION
- $110k-$140k base salary plus bonus
- Full Relocation package is available
