Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to help the Vice President of Marketing in the following areas: administrative, public relations, company events, electronic and printed marketing materials.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Vice President of Marketing in support of all client business groups and special projects

Provide support to the Sales Department personnel on industry conferences and sales promotions for customers; coordinates hotel rooms, hospitality events for industry conferences

Assists with Company functions (Annual Meeting, Directors Field Day, etc.)

Works directly with Vice President of Marketing to develop advertising, promotional plans, web marketing, business development support

Assist the Vice President of Marketing in design of corporate flyers, brochures and media packages for use at special events
