Construction Openings - Contract Admin & Superintendent

 We are growing and we need candidates with solid construction experience for the following direct hire roles:

Contract Administrator:

• Responsible for providing support to owners and PM's on contracts, change orders and subcontractors for a variety of construction projects
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role for a General Contractor or development firm
• Solid knowledge of construction terminology
• Great organization skills, along with communication skills (both written and verbal) essential to this role
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and construction / billing software

Superintendent:

• This is a field position, with responsibility for commercial construction projects, ranging in size and scope
• You will plan and direct construction activities from initial job site set-up, managing subcontractors, checking quality, scheduling, job cost monitoring, inspections, coordinating with city officials and regulatory officials, through final close-out and documentation. 
• You must have at least 10 years as a superintendent with a General Contractor or real estate developer
• Your experience must encompass managing multiple projects, ranging in costs from small up to multi-million dollar projects
• Requires experience with Commercial TI's (tenant improvements), as well as ground-up commercial projects
• Knowledge of local business codes, as well as Project Management and MS Office software needed
