Familiar with Time Keeping Systems (PrimeNet is a plus)? Familiar with Outlook? Microsoft Excel/Word knowledgeable? Bilingual English/Spanish ? Detail Oriented Job Duties include but are not limited to:? Run daily missing punch reports on time keeping system? Time entry into Time Keeping system? Check, Approve and Process PTO requests? Run weekly time sheet reports? Audit Time and Attendance Time Sheets? Ability to calculate/correct time sheet discrepancies? Assemble New Hire Folders? Assign New Hire Badges for Time Clocks? Sorting of Payroll Checks? Ability to assist with reconciling of payroll? Reporting within ADP and Time Keeping Systems? Assist with correspondence to garnishment, levy and lien agencies ?
