Job Description

Looking for a great sales opportunity? Insurance sales is your answer. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.


Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
