Job Introduction

Ziebart is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our retail location.

Major Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls

• Schedule and reschedule appointments

• Prepare invoices and warranties for customers

• Conduct sales transactions

• Maintain customer contact list including email and phone numbers

• Run daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

• Prepare and make bank deposits

• Provide general support to the Store Manager and shop employees

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• Customer service oriented

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Must be able to learn our iBart point of sale software

• Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation
