Independent Financial Services Associate

We are looking for financial and insurance agents who have entrepreneurial business acumen and a passion for helping families / households protect and build their assets. This is a part-time opportunity that can be worked remotely!

This position is posted in California, CA however, we are expanding and open to candidates across the United States.

We expect you to be able to learn about the available products and services, identify customers' needs, design financial strategies and close solutions.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Explore clients' overall financial situation, investigate their needs and suggest solid financial plans
• Consult on financial products and services such as debt management, insurance coverage, retirement, college, tax, and financial planning
• Provide guidance towards profitable and secure financial solutions for your clients
• Build client base and maintain win-win relationships
• Stay informed about trends and updates of industry niche
• Ensure compliance with all industry rules and regulations
• Interact with providers and other professionals (over 130+ A rated companies)

Requirements:

• Some experience of working in a sales related field
• Willing to learn
• Life & Health Licensed preferred. If not licensed, guidance is provided on how to obtain your license within 30 days or less
• Experience with PCs, video conferencing, and product illustration
• Proficient communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
