Job Description

We are looking for high energy, focused and passionate individuals to join our team. We have clients that have contacted us asking for life insurance products.

  • Video and telesales appointments as needed

We are actively hiring the right people who have strong RELATIONSHIP BUILDING and communication backgrounds. All training is company sponsored and ongoing. We will train you on how to be successful in our industry using our simple step by step system.

NO COLD CALLING or DOOR KNOCKING - Clients are asking us to contact them

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule an appointment with the people that have contacted us
  • Determine which program best fits their needs and budget during an interview on zoom or telesales
  • Complete enrollment E-application
  • Ask for referrals and help with other needs for the client
  • Life Insurance license (we will help you through this process)

Compensation (first year): Full time and part-time positions available.

  • $400 - $500 avg commission per family helped
  • ​Flexible schedule - we work with you around other things you have going on
  • No Quota and No limits on the number of families you can help in a week
  • Ability to develop a team or agency and create business income
  • Promotions based on what you do, not who you know
