Job Description
We are seeking an Admin Assistant Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Updating website, data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, scanning and filing, marketing
- Assist with creating site plans, flyers, marketing brochures
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- preparation of excel spreadsheets for various analysis and tracking purposes, input rent charges, collections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management and real estate
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks
- Must be knowledgeable in Yardi
- Must be knowledgeable in Word Press
- Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Reader Pro, Photoshop, and the whole Adobe creative suite package
