Job Description

We are seeking an Admin Assistant Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Updating website, data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, scanning and filing, marketing
  • Assist with creating site plans, flyers, marketing brochures
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • preparation of excel spreadsheets for various analysis and tracking purposes, input rent charges, collections

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management and real estate
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks
  • Must be knowledgeable in Yardi
  • Must be knowledgeable in Word Press
  • Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Reader Pro, Photoshop, and the whole Adobe creative suite package
