Controller Accountant - Full-time / Part-time

Roberts Properties is seeking an individual with controller experience in the private sector of the real estate industry that can eventually transition into a CFO. Well qualified candidates will be full of energy that want to learn all aspects of the real estate development industry. We are not looking for a well-seasoned CFO, who currently holds a CFO position or who anyone who has not held a job in the private sector. The compensation for this position will be based on work history and previous job experience. Well qualified candidates will have a degree from an accredited university but a CPA is not required.

Daily task for this position include

• review of monthly financials for Roberts Properties development and construction companies
• mangagement over monthly construction company draw to sub constractors
• management of staff accountants
• management of bi weekly payroll of Roberts Properties development and construction companies

RequirementsA CPA is not required.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years previous work experience in this roll is required.
