Driver - Amazon Delivery Service Partner

RTL Delivery LC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages to their customers. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

We are a locally owned and operated business with highly involved owners, delivering Amazon packages in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids Metro areas. We are a growing, team-oriented work family looking for hard working people searching for that next step up. Full-time is a 4-day work week (10 hour shifts) and part-time is a 3-day work week, both with a fixed schedule and the potential to earn monthly bonuses. Both full-time and part-time receive paid training and paid time off.

Training is provided and no experience is needed, we're looking for a positive attitude with a willingness to work and be adaptable. Everyone is encouraged to apply and we will have plenty of opportunity for you to grow with us!

Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!

Approximate hours are 9am to 7:30pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Weekends may be mandatory!

Baseline Qualifications & Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 21 years of age
• Familiar and able to operate smart phone and GPS technology without aide
• Able to lift packages and bundles weighing up to 50lbs multiple times during a route
• Able to climb stairs on a regular basis
• Submit to motor vehicle records check and drug screening
• Medical Screening will be required for some vehicles in the fleet

Our typical daily standard route consists of the following:

• Packages hand loaded and delivered to 130 - 195 stops
• 20 - 40 flights of stairs throughout apartment complexes or commercial buildings navigated
• 2 - 5 total miles of walking including loadout activities and delivering throughout the day

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

• Use hand-held device for routing information, customer delivery information.

• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.

• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.

• Load and unload packages to be delivered
