We have a fun, casual, and collaborative environment and are looking for a talented and experienced Desktop Support Administrator to join our team!

What You’ll do:
• Provide first and second level support to a variety of computers, printers, phones, and mobile devices
• Enter, update, and resolve IT support tickets
• Provide timely and courteous desktop support service to a variety of clients throughout the country
• Provide user administration services (password resets, file share access, VPN support, etc.)
• Resolving various break/fix issues either remotely or on-site
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot various pieces of hardware and software
• Troubleshoot various types of connectivity issues including network, workstation, Wi-Fi, and cellular devices
• Work collaboratively with experienced staff of technicians and engineers
• Provide hardware support for Dell and HP desktops/laptops
What Experience and Education You'll Need:
• 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Administrator
• Associate degree or advanced technical certifications required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and environments required
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Office 365 required
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with ConnectWise suite preferred
