Job Description
Seeking a Day Porter to maintain a high quality, polished and neat appearance throughout all restrooms and common areas of a building.
Certification Requirements:
* Must possess a valid driver’s license.
* Must be able to pass BACKGROUND CHECK
Job Requirements:
* frequently climbing steps
* frequent stooping
* frequent pushing/pulling
* constant walking
* occasionally lifting 50 lbs
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Spot cleaning all glass in building entranceway and cleaning common area wall finishes.
** Vacuum and mop all restroom, lobby and common area floors as necessary.
** Wiping excess water off of vanities, emptying trash and restocking paper supplies throughout restrooms.
** Check /maintain all restroom hardware for proper operation and clean toilets as necessary.
** Dust partitions, furniture and other restroom surfaces
** Clean/polish all wood, metal and glass finishes.
** Pick up trash throughout exterior grounds
** Sweep building entrance ways and empty interior and exterior ash/trash receptacles as necessary during the day.
