Team Leader Supervisor

Duties:
Lead team members to provide excellent customer service and prepare food and
beverages, performing the following duties:
• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders, provide information about
menu items, take initiative to up-sell products
• Operate point-of-sale system and receive cash and credit card payments from
customers, accurately count and provide change to customers as
required, and follow all company customer service and cash handling
policies and procedures
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes and
procedures, ensuring quality
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and
enforcing standards and procedures, especially food handling and
sanitation regulations
• Clean and sanitize customer eating areas, work stations and equipment
Additional duties include opening and/or closing the restaurant, taking inventory,
ordering food and supplies, and assuring that team members are trained in all
tasks






Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience leading a team performing all tasks in a quick service restaurant
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly,
enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both orally and in writing)
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Ability to lift/push objects weighing 45 pounds
• California safe food handling certification
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Vietnamese/English) desirable
