Quality Control Line Tech - Full-time / Part-time

The Quality Control Line Tech position here covers the auditing and inspection of our production and product of wet wipes. QC Line Techs ensure two things: the product and attached documentation is made to regulations.
• Read and follow the production order.
• Visually inspect to ensure that the production line is using the correct raw materials for the specific run.
• Complete logs, audits, and other documentation in real-time using ‘paper and pen’.
• Use math skills, rulers, and other devices to ensure the components are the correct size and weight.
• Identify issues, defects, or out of spec problems with in process and finished goods in real-time.
• Communicate deficiencies and defects of personnel and the product to the correct supervisor or machine operator. This position requires good communication and observation skills.
