Donovan & Watkins has partnered with an established company in Nashville, TN, in search of their next Mortgage Loan Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company experiencing a lot of growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA and VA Loan Products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective members and review/analyze credit and financial data provided
  • Explain guidelines for in-house and secondary market products so the member can make an informed choice of the product that best suits their needs
  • Work with LOA, Processors and Closer to ensure all conditions are met to obtain a clear to close
  • Explain guidelines for in-house and secondary market products so the member can make an informed choice of the product that best suits their needs

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of mortgage processing experience working with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA and VA loan products
  • Associate Degree or higher, preferred
  • Mortgage sales experience in conventional, FHA, USDA and VA products preferred
  • Knowledge of Down Payment Assistant Program in various states
  • National Mortgage Licensing System requirement
