Account Payable Specialist
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is leading manufacturing client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing all invoices
- Check that all invoices match the correct Purchase Order number and be able to function at a high-volume rate
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will complete additional research and work closely with purchasing to get missing Purchase Orders and approvals
- Upload and format files in excel before uploading into the system
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Relevant AP experience
- Experience working for a larger organization preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
