Containment Coach - Customer Support

Contain My Dog’s [CMD] mission is to offer a complete electric dog fence solution that goes beyond the hardware; our skilled Containment Coaches gently and humanely help train dogs to respect the perimeter of the owner’s property, no matter what. And we work closely with customers to be sure they understand exactly how it all works.

And it’s why so many of our customers have trusted us over generations of beloved pets. The Containment Coach is a critical position in our organization.  The successful candidate will have had previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.  The Containment Coach will work with customers and help them during the installation of the fence and the training of their dogs. This position will also follow up after completion of the installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Job Requirements:
  • Connect with Customers at time of sale
  • Work closely with managers and installers  
  • Follow up on issues - communicate problems to appropriate team members
  • Communicate resolutions to customer
  • Record each contact to ensure issues are addressed
  • SALESFORCE/INFUSIONSOFT or other CRM  (Customer Relationship Management software) experience preferred
  • Collaborate with other Containment Coaches 
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Listening and follow up
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Requirements - Physical Demands
  • Physical demands are minor in this role, use of phones, computers that would require keying
  • Requires sitting at a computer
The position will start out as part time (app 20 hrs/wk) with potential of becoming full time (40 hours per week) Hours need to be flexible to accommodate customers’ schedules.
